What is Toisen aarre?
Toisen aarre is a second hand department store combining a large curated selection, self-service sales spots (tables, lockers, display cases, rail spaces), a full pricing service, and purchase of estates and bulk lots. We are not a typical self-service flea market: items are clearly priced and easy to find without digging through boxes.

In a circular economy, good items get a new life instead of ending up in landfill. At Toisen aarre, second hand sales are a practical way to extend product lifecycles — finds for buyers and a fair way for consignment sellers to part with surplus.
We are members of the Renet reuse network, which brings together responsible reuse operators in Finland. We share the same goal: good items circulate, waste is disposed of properly.
Recycling and second hand sales complement each other: items not worth selling go to recycling; saleable goods reach new owners in the department store or on rental spots.

Location and service area
The store is on Papinkatu in Tampere, a short walk from the city centre. Customers come especially from Tampere and Pirkanmaa; clearance and bulk-lot services can be agreed more widely case by case.
Opening hours
Mon–Fri 12–19, Sat 11–17, Sun 12–16. We announce exceptions on social media.
