Treasures from floor to ceiling across more than 1 000 m² in our second hand department store. We constantly improve displays so you can find what you’re looking for as easily as possible. We are more than a traditional flea market.
Our large premises also allow a wide range of furniture and lighting.

Tips and guidance for consignment sellers
Price realistically so items attract buyers. Highlight products that catch attention. Sales are usually better when the selection is varied. Toisen aarre focuses on retro, vintage and practical goods to stand apart from traditional flea markets.
The store has CCTV and anti-theft gates. We recommend protecting valuable items with alarms or selling them in a display case.

Commission sales
If you don’t want to rent a sales spot, you can leave items for commission sales. Commission is always agreed case by case depending on products, condition and quantity.
Pricing service
We also offer a pricing service. To save time and effort, you can leave your items with us at an agreed time, and we pay you 50% of sales revenue after the agreed period.
We can also collect items for an extra fee: €20.00 within Tampere city area. Other areas by agreement.

How to sell at a rental spot
Book a table and price items
Book a table most easily in the customer portal — you can also book at the counter or by phone. Price items realistically. Enter products and prices in the customer portal; you can print price tags conveniently from there, or ask us to print them for you. If you prefer, you can also price items by hand on barcode price tags.
Start selling
Bring items the day before your sales period, one hour before closing, so you have time to set up. Refresh and tidy your spot regularly.
Sales payout
Sales revenue is paid to your account after the rental period, typically within 1–3 business days. For longer rental periods, you can also request a payout whenever you like. The easiest way is to submit a payout request from the customer portal with a single tap.

Flea market sales terms
- Terms include the current price list at www.toisenaarre.fi
- Products are sold under the rental spot holder’s responsibility. Ownership stays with the seller until sold.
- We invest in security for everyone’s benefit but are not liable for fire, smoke, odour or water damage, vandalism or theft.
- Products must be working, intact and clean, or defects must be clearly marked on the price tag.
- Products must be priced with barcode stickers or barcode price tags. Tags are per person/company, not per table. Any alternative pricing method (e.g. pricing kiosk) must always be agreed separately. Price changes always require a new tag.
- The seller must always inform the till if they want a discount on their products. Discount practices must always be agreed with staff.
- Payout is made only to the rental contract holder or their authorised representative. Payouts are usually to the bank account given by the renter. Business payouts are always to a bank account. Private sellers may receive cash where the situation allows. Be prepared to prove your identity when collecting a payout.
- If the sales spot is not cleared by the deadline (as a rule, one hour before closing on the last rental day), we charge a clearance fee of €15.00 (incl. VAT).
- Items must not be displayed outside the rented sales point. Items repeatedly found outside the spot may be moved to storage by staff.
- Toisen aarre reserves the right to photograph all sales items and promote them on our website and social media.
- Toisen aarre reserves the right to change these guidelines and terms when necessary.
12. The following may not be sold at the flea market:
- Counterfeit goods, suspected counterfeits or other items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Dangerous chemicals or other products that may pose a risk to people, animals or property
- Easily ignitable substances or products
- Adults-only products — sales only by separate agreement
- Functional black-powder firearms, parts or ammunition. Knives and air weapons may be sold only in display cases or another location designated by staff
- Intoxicants, medicines, nicotine or tobacco products, alcohol or narcotics
- Food
- Defective or broken electrical appliances
- Stuffed animals
- Strongly smelling, scented or messy products without adequate protection
Toisen aarre will remove prohibited items from rental spots if found.
